The Bus Turnaround Coalition, which includes the think tank TransitCenter and the political organization Riders Alliance, released a report detailing proposals for the city and Metropolitan Transportation Authority to quickly improve bus service so riders aren’t stuck in traffic as coronavirus restrictions loosen.
